July and August :1400 euros per week

 SEPTEMBER and MAI : 1100 euros a week

all other months : 800 euros a week and rebates for long term rentings

Renting is from saturday 5.pm till saturday 10 am.

,linen is included (except from beach towels)

House-cleaning at the end of your stay is not included.( 80 euros)

Booking should be made  via e.mail and is effective on receipt of your 500  € deposit

Balance must be paid on arrival,plus a 1000 € returnable deposit  for eventual damage .
